(一)个人简介
袁君,博士,校聘副教授,香港浸会大学访问学者。现就职于淮阴工学院化学工程学院制药工程系,江苏省特色资源开发与药用研究重点实验室。博士(硕博连读)毕业于中国药科大学生药学专业,本科毕业于中国药科大学中药资源与开发专业。主持及参与5项省级以上科研项目,4项市厅级科研项目,3项横向项目;已在Ultrasonics Sonochemistry、Journal of Cleaner Production、Carbohydrate Polymers、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Journal of Functional Foods等知名学术期刊上发表科研论文20多篇,其中SCI收录论文15篇以上;申请发明专利10余件,授权专利4件;获淮海科学技术二等奖1项,淮安市优秀自然科学论文一等奖1项。
