蒯海伟,男,副教授,20126月于南京大学获得理学博士学位。淮安市民营企业科技服务团专家。Inorg. Chem. Commun.J. Coord. Chem.J. Mol. Struct.等国际学术期刊的特约审稿人。20067月起在淮阴工学院化学工程学院工作至今,讲授化工热力学、无机及分析化学等课程。目前主要从事金属钯配合物催化合成类天然小分子化合物方面的研究。主持完成省级科研项目1项;主持完成市厅级科研项目3项。已发表SCI论文40余篇;获得国家授权发明专利2项。
